You don't think news of Neff's hiring of DLJ leaked to a priveledged few, do you????

That's part of of the market. I'm talking about the plan that will come up where Mas will end up getting half the proceeds of a secondary offering. Or like MTZ, he'll have some one time charge for something like "compensation expenses", so Mas can give his buddies millions in undeserved salaries and bonuses.

Some may accidentally benefit from whatever happens, but those with faith in management will probably get screwed again in the end.

Gimme another point or two, and I'm gone...
