estimate of $0.26); company expects Q4 earnings to fall in the
range of $0.10 to $0.15 a share; ETEC plans to reduce its
workforce by approx. 90 employees; company says pickup in
orders seen in Q2 has not continued; believes pattern
generation system demand is unlikely to improve for the

Cerprobe Corp. (CRPB) 15 1/2 +1 1/4: chip equipment maker
warns that Q1 results will fall below Wall Street analysts'
estimates; puts earnings at $0.02 to $0.04, on sales of $15 to
