MSGI will convert their preferred shares into common shares if the stock stays above 8.75 for 20 business days in a row. This conversion eliminates the annual dividend MSGI has to pay GE on these Prefered shares, which by the by accounted for (.31)of the 1998 annual loss per share. its all good!!! its good to see some new people coming to the SI MSGI board!
