tdl - I agree "caution" is in order with ZD, but there is no reason to believe that ZD will not do the same as DBCC/MALL/USAI, etc. and "sell the news". I think ZD is a good short tomorrow at about 11:00am EST - just before ZDZ begins to trade. Moby.
