Dan, Drove down Barry Dr. (no sign) to dirt road in back of property, turned left and drove to end of properties north property line, and turned around. Didn't see any construction behind the property on the adjoining groves. Did notice that half of Hiway 27 is up for sale north and south of Hiway 4. Motel property does have potential, maybe as much as the timeshare property! Sorry I didn't get back to you aooner, but have been fighting to get a position with Web Trader today. Their program was messed up all day. Finally got a close at 3:41 PM, after trying to get in at 1:30 PM. Bought more shares of MPTV, another timeshare property play. okelly
