I do not see this filing update as anything significant. Just as any process has steps, I think this step was part of the process. My opinion is, NASDAQ came to them last week (or so), said everything was fine, but a few things had changed, (fourth quarter results were in, etc), how about an update. So BID.COM has filed the update and "the NAZ" should be happy. John
