I think you're missing bajasurfer's point. He understands tender offers, he feels the company's silence is confusing people who may not realize that this is not a must sell situation.

If you look @ the 5 day, someone has been accumulating a lot of shares each morning and that's fine but I can't believe there's been no split announcement, not to mention any good news that will eventually drive this through the roof. In fact, I bet we don't hear any new or 'good' news until after 4/15. The underwriting bank and company have gone silent.

A press release of some kind seems to me to be in order. This will clear up any confusion that I'm sure exist among some shareholders who may receive the Tender Offer(as we did) in the mail and think they should sell.
