Looks like anyone wanting an IPO through Etrade should set up a 24hour watch. Pretty soon they will be accepting IOIs for ValueAmerica between 1:00 and 1:10 AM... To bad for all us suckers it probably takes 20 minutes to fill out all the IOI "paperwork"... well, I can't say it's 20 minutes since I have never had the opertunity. One pissed off ETrade customer.
