C-my own opinion is that the fact that CTIG was not being followed on various threads is exceptionally positive news. The factor(s) driving the stock upwards will probably become known in time...but for now we know it is moving on its own...w/o any of the momo players in here...at least not yet. To me that is very reassuring.
