Company Remains Positive! I believe that all of the preliminary engineering for the network is being completed along with working out their manufacturing agreements. Things are really starting to pick up! Don't let the value of the stock make you feel as though nothing is going on...there is plenty. They will make announcements when they can. Also, the share price will correct itself due to future announcements and positive developments, and when the market makers stop playing around with the stock. :-)
