American Industries owns over 10% of SIRN, and thus is required to report its stock transactions. If I recall correctly, American Industries currently owns around 35% of SIRN. I also believe it has seats on SIRN's board. Thus, its purchase of additional shares of SIRN qualifies as a vote of confidence by an insider.

The new web site is on schedule to go online this Thursday. I suspect that all of the associated hype on the Yahoo thread is over blown, but who knows. It may take off. If not, there are going to be many disappointed sellers, which could present a good buying opportunity given that the fundamentals are great even without taking the web site into account.
