It isn't ready for rapid ISP acceptance and it is too expensive currently at the consumer level, but the feedback I've gotten is very constructive. I can give you many good reasons why wireless won't work for the last mile, satellite wireless that is, but if line-of-site is not an issue, then this synchronous approach has the potential to compete now with cable especially in metro distribution. It is a way to achieve independent QoS and it beats T-1 line costs in the business market.
