RG, not necessarily so. I think if they time it right, they announce a NASDAQ listing and at the same time announce the application for a national Market desgination. Everyone knows that the national Market designation is only a formality and therefore will be treated almost as so, except for those institutions and funds that will not touch small cap. Doesn't limit the market substantially though, IMO.

Therefore, the sooner on the NASDAQ the better. If its two weeks delay, they'd be better going for it now given the interest generated in last week.
