Nutek Inc. Announces Change of Management
LAKE FOREST, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 30, 1999--Nutek Inc. (OTC BB:NUTK - news) Tuesday announced that as of March 29, 1999, there has been a major restructuring in the management of Nutek.
In the interests of Nutek and the stockholders both in the short term and long term, George Sassone has stepped down from the position of president/CEO and will no longer be on the board of directors. Sassone has decided to pursue other interests.
Murray N. Conradie, a former director and CFO of the company, will now head Nutek as the new president/CEO and director. Rodger W. Garrity, former chairman of the board, will also be returning as a director to offer assistance and get the oil production subsidiary Vac U Lift Production Co. Inc. producing again.
Nutek will also be announcing new acquisitions and mergers that will be taking place over the next 60 days. The company also announced that these are going to be some very exciting times, and explosive growth within Nutek.
