Here's a story on the talks from the late afternoon edition of the Seattle Times. It doesn't report on the actual talks, but does offer signs of an additional concession by Microsoft: Microsoft trial: Windows code open for settlement discussion seattletimes.com and about who actually went into the discussions: news.com >> "Privately, representatives from several offices prosecuting Microsoft have said they doubt that a settlement will be reached.
