Ron,

I agree, if they don't announce something within the next two weeks then this will probably become another long term hold and right now I have enough of those and don't need/want anymore. The only thing that keeps me optimistic is the that certain houses that have been accumulating are still on the bid. The chart is looking extremely bullish and my gut tells me that UBS is headed for a MAJOR BREAK OUT but, we need NEWS and we need it soon. With all of the other company's out there that are flying high on mostly promotion, just think what UBS will do when they land "THE BIG ONE". Watching and waiting...Good Luck.
