I do and I have... Frankly, I know more about much of it than most of the Reps do. There is absolutely no excusable reason whatsoever for any of them to ever BS you. I'm just sick and tired of it. Schwab is one case, as far as active trading is concerned, where you absolutely do not get what you pay for. They are courteous, pleasant and prompt but they are clueless. I don't have the time or money to waste trying to separate the wheat from the chaff.
