Int'l Alliance settles Budok property claims International Alliance Resources Inc ALL Shares issued 1,093,295 Mar 26 close $0.35 Tue 30 Mar 99 News Release Mr. Brian Lueck reports The company has agreed to pay $225,000 to a British Columbia financier to settle claims relating to the company's and the financier's acquisition of an interest in the Budok property in Indonesia. Under the terms of the settlement, the company has agreed to repay $225,000 plus interest at 1 per cent per month in stages, with $100,000 being due on June 1, 1999.
