Before you make your reservation, check out the status of the law suit(s) against VNE. From VNE's SEDAR filing, it seems that the NHLPA wants about $2M. If you add that to the $4.5M Debt registered in that same SEDAR filing, one could only conclude that VNE is more likely to file for bankruptcy than you going to ... "...Bermuda on a foreign research assignment - a la VNE BABY!" Just a word to the wise, or unwise, whatever, :-)))) Ian.
