Are they experiencing the same issues? _____________ Etec Systems (ETEC) 43 1/8 -1 1/8: chip equipment maker warns that Q3 earnings will post at $0.10 a share (vs First Call mean estimate of $0.26); company expects Q4 earnings to fall in the range of $0.10 to $0.15 a share; ETEC plans to reduce its workforce by approx. 90 employees; company says pickup in orders seen in it's Q2 has not continued; believes pattern generation system demand is unlikely to improve for the remainder of the yr;
