<<Harry Hirsch: Well, you know, in terms of announcement, I think that we're very hopeful we'll have something to say before the end of the first quarter.>>

The words "very hopeful" mean just that!!!

Credibility is not so much the issue as shareholder value.

If you were going to sell your house and gave yourself a deadline of April 1 but on 3/26 3 more people came to the table with better deals but maybe some contingencies attached then you would take the time to analyze all of your options and make the right decision. This case is no different and should be treated as such.

IMO, I seriously doubt management would entertain any alliance or partnership that didn't value the CO between 600 and 700 mil. Based on a 20% ownership that would indicate a stock value of 18-21. I believe Mgt had been working on a debt deal at one point in time and always had it to fall back on in the event a partnership could not be struck. It is MO that someone or several came to the table with a deal that met or exceeded what they felt was their true MV and therefore they felt it was worth the time to explore the deal further.

I'd be more upset if Mgt made a knee jerk decision because of the supposed self enacted 4/1 deadline than if they did a thorough job evaluating their options. With all the buzz around BBFW I could understand how this might happen as most who follow this industry should as well.

If you don't feel this way then sell your stock or short this puppy! I'll be right there on the bid to take it in. Of course I'll wait till you're done to do so!

Happy trading!
