Well it looks like the Dog and Cat fight that started all this in 1998.
From What I make of it Winspear did not send any documents to Aber so therefore Aber will retain its Share.Unless Winspear has a different Story????????

Well I think everyone should get the Message now That Winspear offered 60mil to buy out Aber.Aber looks to me wants to keep there share of Snap Lake.The Mine is in the making when all this stuff comes to light.
