Perhaps I should have gotten a clarification from you first on what it is you do. I didn't mean trade in the sense of "flip" or "daytrade". I meant when people come under your wing, how do you train them? Do you clarify for si people what it is you do? It seems that you are more than just a long term investor for your own account. Do you run a market making firm or a specialist firm?

If you can't answer what it is you do...to refine my question...If you had someone new come to you to assist you in your business, how would you train them, or what background would you like to see them have?
