The # of shares held by WCAP in WGAT, MPTH and JWEB should read # of convertible stock. They do not convert to common stock on a 1:1 basis. I will strongly recommend reading all posts made by Tom Hua on this thread in the month of March. Your logic of adding the number of shares and multiplying by 50 is at best ridiculous... Surely, you are aware of COOL and ROWE's latest quotes. Regards. Rajiv
