Hi Syl,

OTC stands for Over the Counter - AKA Small Cap on Nasdaq

BB= bulletin board on Nasdaq

Other OTC (rare) also nasdaq -

In a nutshell NASD has 4 classes of shares.

In the US markets - all symbols must be unique - an OTC symbol cannot be same as Big Board or BB.
