Tony--- no one is really great in short term trading,,, lucky once in awhile is good enough. One can always understand being early or just wrong... but there are many stocks a person can be right in purchasing for the long and short term and dumb things happen... unlike you if they are not profitable in the near term to develope a little breathing room I bail, if in the mid term they do not continue to grow they are gone. As you noted you can get lucky on a dead horse coming to life after many years---- but as stocks rise and fall the bottom qtr is unimportant as is the top qtr. The important part is the 50% in the middle. If an issue rises and falls it is nice to get that portion many times....
