Intel is managed by intelligent grown ups with grown up mentality ( as opposed to MSFT - run by intelligent grown ups with juvenile mentality). Anything that can be humanly anticipated will be dealt with by Intel managment in the most rational manner

Just see what MSFT stock has done in the past few years. Even now, it is at an all time high (hit 500 billion market cap today--1st company ever to do this). Tech wreck or not---lawsuit or not----and still at its all time high!
All this while they are getting a beating in the court. Something to think about

BTW-I know i have simplified it but "grown up" management is not necessarily the best----just check with IBM when they were getting beaten by Microsoft a few years. I remember interviews of Microsoft employees on TV back then (in casual clothing), making fun of the suits at IBM. I am serious, they were making fun of the conservative dress codes at IBM. A fellow graduate applying for a job at IBM had to go out and buy a conservative suit for the interview (around 1987). In that time period, conservative clothing meant grown up----Microsoft did a lot to change that in my opinion.
I might have gone off topic just a little. sorry.
