Intel is managed by intelligent grown ups with grown up mentality ( as opposed to MSFT - run by intelligent grown ups with juvenile mentality). Anything that can be humanly anticipated will be dealt with by Intel managment in the most rational manner Hey, I think we need some juvenile mentality at Intel!!!<g> Just see what MSFT stock has done in the past few years. Even now, it is at an all time high (hit 500 billion market cap today--1st company ever to do this). Tech wreck or not---lawsuit or not----and still at its all time high! All this while they are getting a beating in the court. Something to think about BTW-I know i have simplified it but "grown up" management is not necessarily the best----just check with IBM when they were getting beaten by Microsoft a few years. I remember interviews of Microsoft employees on TV back then (in casual clothing), making fun of the suits at IBM. I am serious, they were making fun of the conservative dress codes at IBM. A fellow graduate applying for a job at IBM had to go out and buy a conservative suit for the interview (around 1987). In that time period, conservative clothing meant grown up----Microsoft did a lot to change that in my opinion. I might have gone off topic just a little. sorry.
