Dave, you and I need to agree not to review each others posts. You have proven to be a person who has an agenda that just gets my temper up. If I wasn't really not feeling well, I would have answered this sooner and it would be stronger. If anyone is hyping here it is you. Statements such as "smart money is heading for the hills" when any astute trader knows better are either born out of ignorance are an effort to scare people. You seem to be a smart guy, so I tend to pick the latter. Nothing you or I post will change the fact, however, that an IPO will soon be issued on net2phone with major corporate investors and major know underwriters. The only possibility for a spinoff and this is a sliiiim one, is that the ISP may be turned over to another operator as some kind of buyout and quid pro quo arrangement. I have tried to treat you as a gentleman and with respect. I took the time to explain to you what the definition of hype was, and asked that you not use it about people who do serious due diligence and form opinions. You persist. I suggest you cut it out with me because I don't but what you are selling for a minute and think the hyper is the person I am directing this post to.
