Is Amazon's site better than Barnes and Noble's? To be honest, I don't know ...

I first used Amazon.com about five months ago and have returned four times. My most recent order arrived here in Hawaii in just two days. Never a problem with billing.

In all likelihood, I will never order from B&N online. I may go to their store here near Ala Moana Beach Park to check out a book and make a mental note of the price.

Amazon ALWAYS does B&N better in price on the items I want. Even with the cost of shipping and handling.
