Oh ya! I hear ya! She's a very smart woman - but doesn't know much about managing technology - what she is EXCELLENT with is analysis, rigour and getting things done - a little unrealistic in terms of timelines - but is a real taskmistress. If you think this company needs that, then she's going to be good for them in the COO role.
