In all honesty, I have no idea what is going on with this deal. I've never seen terms of a deal laid out so sketchy before in a PRnews release. It was almost like Rollins gave out information before they had it all down and signed. There is something going on between Laidlaw and Rollins, but what it is, I have no idea and I think that is giving an uneasy feeling reflected in the price of the shares. Good luck. Kev
