The estimates are without "charges" for the sale, i.e., not after charge but ignoring charge. That is what I thought. So, they are predicting flat earnings growth quarter to quarter, after being prepared by Irwin for a strong quarter. The analysts may be right, but I don't understand what is guiding them to these numbers.
