Rich - Latin American markets may be ready for a rebound cnnfn.com Now that Brazil has come through OK by the looks of things it's time to start looking more closely at the Latin plays. It's good to see that they appear to have turned the corner and are on the road to recovery. The recovery alone will make investors feel a lot more confident and comfortable. David.
