Mark or anyone that can help,

I have had a frustrating two days. I tried to upgrade my Virus program and screwed everything up. I couldn't even log on to internet. I finally uninstalled my Virus Program and was then able to get on internet. I then went to McAfee and downloaded an evaluation program but now I have a small problem. When I start up Netscape or IE, the automatic dialup program to my ISP doesn't work. I have to manually hook up. Where do I go to have it do it automatically again?

Edit: Win 98 running Netscape 4.5 and IE running 5.0
