Fwiw, and as I understand it, Mr. Fleming a.k.a. Beermeister is(was?) from WallStreetWest, a paid stock- promotion site. When Leah Industries first went public, it was promoted on that site and he began this thread here on SI. For compensation for his many efforts, which included starting a web page for the company (a pretty good one that doesn't exist anymore), he recieved a few shares of Leah that he can't trade until sometime during next month at the earliest, 144 type shares-- I believe. Apparently, Leah had some falling- out of some sort with him, perhaps because of some misinformation, but I don't really know, Anyhow, it appears that any professional relationship between the two companies was terminated. So as far as I am concerned, he is another shareholder like you and me.
