Not to worry; you forget the PdQ--Palm Pilot, perhaps the beginnings of a potential rival operating system for hand held devices. There will be an explosion of devices using different operating systems; seems to me Q will try to cover as many bases as possible. Techies, chime in as to your thoughts as to how the hand-held device's operating system "war" will develop.
