Hawaii, you said, "David, What is your definition of equity securities? If this were a spinoff, they would have no need to have arranged a credit facility to bridge the bond issue." WRONG Hawaii!! They need MONEY to bridge the bond issue! For whatever reason they need to get rid of the bonds, (IPO, spin off, outright sale) they need MONEY and thus the credit facility. Bill Zeman 16 13/16
