Bergeron as President, Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors of the corporation, effective April 26, 1999.

Most recently, Mr. Bergeron, a 38 year old Canadian, served as Group Chief Executive Officer of SunGard Brokerage Systems Group, a large and highly successful group of application software companies within SunGard Data Systems Inc (NYSE: SDS - news). According to the Economist Magazine, SunGard is ranked amongst the 20 largest software companies in the world. He is a computer science graduate of York University (1983) and the University of Southern California (1987).
