Preannounce jitters shook a few unconvinced daytraders loose is my take.

While you might be exactly correct on the bad news, I've also heard there is frequently a very positive reason to wait for the last moment to announce. It wasn't explained why, but I have a few suspicions.

I'm thinking the time is right and the MA-IV will take hold, but not explosively. Each quarter will grow in geometric proportion to the prior as wearables become necessary business tools.

We'll soon find out.
