Today, Biotech Holdings Ltd. (OTC BB: BIOHF) signed a licensing agreement for the distribution of Biotech's Type ll or Adult Diabetes drug, DIAB ll in Argentina. See the news release at:

Argentina has the highest per capita income in Latin America and one of the highest per capita drug expenditures. There are about 2 million cases of Type ll Diabetes in Argentina and over 7 million diabetics in Brazil where Biotech recently signed a distribution and marketing agreement with Biobras, S.A., the fourth largest insulin producer in the world. IMMC has a 25% interest in the commercial rights to DIAB ll outside of Oriental Asia. "Each one percent of the diabetic population in the Brazil and Argentina markets, a total of 100,000 prescriptions, would generate DIAB ll sales revenues of over $20,000,000 per year WITH $5 MILLION GOING TO IMMC. IMMC closed today at $1 1/4, up 5/256 (+1.63%) on 16,000 shares. Most of the revenues from the DIAB ll sales are projected to drop to the bottom line!
