Once again,GW,are you so selfish in your own interest as a "shareholder" that you would like to interfere with XOMA business. It appears very clear to me from what has been said publicly by XOMA,and GNE,that in order for Phase 3 to commence, money and terms have to be finalized between these two companies and the FDA.Are you so so so selfish and demanding that you cant wait for this to happen..? Whatever Robert K. has found is only indicative of something that has been agreed to a while back? No magic no secret,no hidden message,no material no disclosure. It would seem rather odd for GNE to rely on XOMA in Phase 1 and Phase 2 and dis them in Phase 3. Even if this becomes true,they will have to pay XOma to get out of being a 50% partner as they are presently constituted.It is more likely,IMHO full disclaimers etc, that Xoma will need to stay in for GNE's benefit as well as the benefit of the drug.Stop worrying about the train leaving the station without you. It's to easy to see it and dont you think GNE wants publicity too? They will be all over the news too with whatever is agreed to for this phase 3. Just hush a little and wait.
