My understanding is that the CA/PLAT deal was only cooked up in the last week or so. CSC's weakness began well before that. Did you think CA would come back for CSC??? The stock is now trading below declining 50 and 200 DMA's, not an impoossible handicap to overcome, but the path of least resistance is down.
