Corel shares surge
...Jean W. Orr, who analyzes Corel for Nutmeg Securities Ltd., said Corel's financial gains from the deal will only be realized over the long term. Any immediate revenue could be swallowed by the joint marketing arrangement, she said.

No matter how you look at it this seems like a pretty big sale. Is anyone else wondering why Don Sylvester, executive vice president of sales left the company just before the PC Chips deal was announced?
