If there is an SEC investigation as it relates to the trading activities of DGIV, then I welcome it. It's late in the game, but not TOO late.

I am very secure in the fact that nobody at the company (as far as SEC filings are concerned) has sold SQUAT!!! So, it is MM's and the like that have driven this stock like a teenage boy in Dad's new Porche. If it hasn't been apparent to all that have been here over the past year, the manipulation has been unbelievable. I hope the MM's and paid shills get their asses busted big time!

Personally (and I think I speak for most longs here) I am sick of the jacking with the price by the MM's. Lower it for no reason, run it up for no reason, HUGE spreads on a daily basis.

The only way we (longs) are going to win is to keep supporting our company verbally and in return, we expect complete honesty and timely news when appropriate. I think DGIV is working hard to continue to make things happen - and it is easy for us to sit behind our keyboards and "poo-poo" what they are doing when in reality - WE DON'T know!! Guess what!!! MM's don't know either!! They just start moving the price around and we say, "hmm, them thar MM's, why, theys knows somethin'" You know what they know? They know how to jack with us. I say BUCK the MM's. If you think the company is on the up and up in this incredibly hot(and growing) sector, stick with it. If you think it is a dog, take what you have left and buy IBM.

Good luck to all longs. For me personally, this has been one of the most nerve racking experiences of my life. I have so much other crap to worry about than loosing more money than I could make in two years. But, I worry none the less.

Personally, this is serious business for me. This is business as usual for MM's and paid shills. This time, I am sticking with the Company. Things will turn around on their own merit.

Sincerely,

Zack
