going after it in a big way. The Local and Long Distance Providers are
in for some big compition by the majors from the U.S..
The Major players are fighting for a piece of Canada's Lucrative Telecom

I mentioned this telecom issue about 2 months ago, here on this thread. ( I will review posts and post that one when I find it this a.m.) The thing that you left out is that this competition is exactly what makes NPEC's existing and expanding Metroplus so valuable ! The big companies want what the small companies already have. Whats the best way for them to get it ? Buy, lease, fund ? Whatever, it either means revenue or immediate share appreciation.
