Very good thread here guys. After doing some DD, this is what I know: (Before I buy a stock, I research THE HELL out of it) SINC's business looks to have enourmous potential, and there are several good things that are coming down the pike: - First off, Board of Directors is very impressive. If you have any doubts, go to SINC's website and check it out...wow. - There is a D & T audit going on that will confirm actual numbers and FORECASTED numbers for the industry. Don't know the numbers, but SINC thinks them to be favorable. - The financing has the potential to be the largest ever for a BB stock. This alone states the growth this company has. - Move to NASDAQ for more exposure soon. Add to the fact that SINC has a small amount of Outstanding shares and Float, if all the above happen in the next month SINC could be a teenager very fast. (Except NASDAQ move - takes a little more time) Like I said, just bought in yesterday, but I have been following this stock for a few weeks. I could not believe this stock fell as low as it did yesterday! d
