Isn't it likely that CE will be tweaked so that its "defects" are removed. ALl these ruminations aside I'd imagine that the PC guys will want to sell mini laptops running CE with built in wireless modems , a potentially gargantuan mkt. This same "machine" could also run the onboard computer in your dashboard for example...DMG
