William disagrees here, but I am avoiding the beaten-downs that don't have pending news. They are getting slaughtered for the most part. . .and losses seem to happen all at once. You look at the quotes and suddenly your micro-cap is down 30 percent on low volume. . . then with the thin trading, it holds. Too much risk for now. On the contrary, I have a portfolio of nothing but micros. . .that was up 2 percent yesterday. . . too new to tell if it works or not. Rande Is
