Stevens dad; I think this run-up is due to anticipation of the SEC approval,coupled with news leaking out about earnings - not rumors.If this is the case, we might be better off if no news is released tll after the bell Thurs (or Fri, if the market is open ),or before the bell Mon.Don't forget, the SEC will have had the S1 for 30 days as of Saturday, and NAVR stated that they will be debt free by Mar 31.
