NTL Cube\Divi partner announces 4th qtr results
Subcribers grew from 400,000 12/97 to 1,300,000 12/98
An excerpt from thier annual report:
-- NTL Digital Services, which is responsible for the Company's digital
and interactive efforts, announced its "best-of-breed" technology
partners, including Pace Micro Technology for set-top boxes, C-Cube for
silicon chips, DiviCom for video compression, Nagravision for
conditional access, Lysis for integration functions and Compaq Computer
for near-video-on-demand video servers. In addition, NTL announced an
interactive games channel which will offer subscribers more than
1,000 titles of on line games. |
